Your data is calculated from what you the customer both upload and download.

All WBB accounts have a maximum monthly data limit of 8 GB, at such point the service will be suspended until the following month.

All WBB accounts that exceed their selected limit will be charged At $0.10 per MB.
EG: you are on the 1GB plan and you use 2.5GB for the month your bill would be. $35.00 plus $150.00 for excess data total bill $185.00.
*1GB = 1000MB

All accounts will be billed on the 1st of the month from your credit card supplied.

A new WBB connection can take up to 4 hours to become activate.

No long term Contracts:
Our standard contract is just 30 days or one month.
To cancel a connection, just notify us in writing before the end of the month.
Pre-Paid Accounts left expired for more than 30 days will be cancelled and a new SIM card will be required

Any excess data will be billed on completion of the termination of the account.

Voice Calls are not supported on Mobile Broadband services.

The WBB is a mobility internet access product and not intended to be used as a fixed broadband replacement.

This WBB service is not to be used for the provision of services to support peer to peer applications (encrypted or unencrypted)
